The hardest part is decontaminating and the easiest is applying the ceramic coating. Can not be happier with the final result! Armor Shield IX is fantastic!
So far I have coated two vehicles. The prep process (wash, iron remover, clay bar, Avalon King Prep Shampoo, polish, IPA wipe) was long, but the results were fantastic and worth the effort.
I have used a few coatings including Top Coat F11. All very good but this ARMOR SHIELD IX DIY CERAMIC COATING KIT is just amazing. Like a mirror shine I have always wanted to see. The car looks brand new. Why don't car dealers use this? I bought this during Black Friday sale and just used it now that it is spring. JUST WOW! You will love it and not regret it. Well done Armor Shield.
Finally got around to spend some time washing, clay baring then coating my 2024 F350. I picked up my truck in mid January of 2024 but haven’t made the time to get it ceramic coated, mainly because I thought it was going to take a few long days. Well to my surprise it all went much easier and quicker then I thought, I might have 4-5 hours total in the entire project. Now to see how long it will last.
